38 Mortgage is a female owned mortgage brokerage established in the Triangle in April 2023. We work, play and live within the community, supporting our local economy. As we all know, the Triangle and surrounding areas are one of the top places to live, so we chose to raise our family and establish our business here locally. Our family is originally from Kansas City and have been growing in the mortgage industry for the past 16 years. Because we're a mortgage broker, we have the ability to compare and price multiple lenders and interest rates for you under one roof. We have expertise with all of the "behind the scenes" operations, ie, processing, underwriting and compliance making your home purchase or refinance transactions more streamlined. Our goal is to establish relationships and trust with our clients and referral partners. We're available to you outside of normal business hours when you need us and we're with you before, during and long after your mortgage closes.
