Jose has been in the real estate industry for over 27 years and in that time has successfully served many families to achieve their dream of home ownership. He has helped sellers and buyers with multiple types of properties and scenarios including single family detached homes, condos, new homes, land, residential rentals, multiple unit investment properties, property development and even dabbled in a few commercial leases. Jose has been a real estate broker licensed in California and North Carolina and recently decided to apply all his knowledge to the finance side of real estate by also acquiring a mortgage loan origination license in California and North Carolina. His passion for serving others and watching them thrive is one of his greatest satisfactions and he enjoys advocating for his clients while helping them navigate complex decisions. On a personal level, Jose is originally from San Diego, California, and loves surfing, camping, F1 racing, GP racing and chasing after his 3-year-old toddler Lucca.
